Refund policy
Our 30-day returns policy states that after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. For orders delivered to the European Union and Switzerland, returns are free (prepaid return label).
Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.
If you believe the item is defective/damaged/incorrect or not as described (including objective discrepancies), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. writing to info@chiaraferretti.com and attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (and, if helpful, a short video).
After verification, we will be able to propose, at our discretion, an appropriate solution (e.g. replacement if available, full/partial refund or other agreed solution).
Color note: Product images are taken to accurately represent the item, however color rendering may vary depending on lighting and display settings.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Substitutions
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns from non-EU countries (excluding Switzerland)
For orders delivered to countries non-EU (excluding Switzerland) We do not accept returns for changes of mind/size change/preferenceAny parcels sent as returns from non-EU countries (Switzerland excluded) they will come rejected (or returned to sender) and all costs shipping/handling charges, including any customs charges, will be borne by the customer.
This limitation does not prejudice case management of defective, damaged, incorrect or non-compliant item as described (see section Damage and problems).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unauthorized returns and/or returns from non-EU countries (excluding Switzerland) will be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
